Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

No customs and import charges for orders from within Canada.
However, for orders placed outside Canada, in most cases, any customs or import
duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges
on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to
retail & wholesale customers). Peroye has no control over these charges,
and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import
duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact
your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not
surprised by charges you were not expecting.

What if I receive a faulty item in my order?

Ensuring your satisfaction is our priority, is reflected in
our 30-day return policy. You can return nearly everything within 30 days of
delivery for a full refund. Please note that no refund requests can be
processed after 30 days from delivery, based on Shipping Tracking Receipt
records.

If you receive a defective product, contact us within 2 days
of receiving the item(s) at contact@peroye.com; otherwise, refund requests will not be processed for
damages after that period. Refer to our “Return & Refund Policy” and
Return Instructions” for more details.

Is it possible to return a product if it doesn't meet my expectations or doesn't fit well?

How can I make a payment for the product?

You can securely make payments through PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay, VISA,
MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Our SSL-secured checkout ensures
worry-free transactions.

Does Free Shipping apply to all countries?

No, unfortunately, free shipping option is available for
orders placed in USA & Canada only.

I'm unsure about the size for a product I love. What should I do?

Why was my payment declined, and what should I do?

Payment may be declined due to reasons like incorrect
billing details, exceeded card limit, expired card, or insufficient funds in
your account.

What is the expected delivery time for a product?

Regular orders are crafted within 8-10 business days and
shipped. However, the overall shipping duration may extend up to 20 business
days – subject to the method of delivery you choose during checkout. Refer to our
Shipping Policy” for details.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

Once an order is shipped, Peroye sends out notifications
with the shipment tracking number. Please check your junk folder in case you
have not received it. Once shipped, customers are responsible for tracking
their orders. If a courier attempts delivery when you're not home or puts the
order on hold, it's your responsibility to contact the courier. After multiple
failed attempts, the courier may destroy the parcel, and we won't be held
responsible.

Are the leather jacket products manufactured in Canada?

Although Peroye is registered as Peroye Canada
Inc., under British Columbia Business Registry (Canada), yet the leather jacket goods are manufactured by a team of experts with
over 20 years of experience in a private leather jackets manufacturing unit situated in
Karachi, Pakistan.
