SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Information:
At peroye.com, we provide option for free shipping Worldwide on all orders over USD $100. While shipping is complimentary for most orders, we understand the importance of timely delivery.
Delivery Timelines:
Regular size orders are typically shipped within 8-10 business days, but please allow up to 15 business days for processing. Following dispatch, your items usually reach your doorstep within additional 2-10 business days subject to the method of delivery you chose at the time of payment.
Customs Duty:
For orders placed outside Canada, all orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any associated charges are the buyer's responsibility. Check with the receiving country's customs office to determine these costs before making a purchase. Your order might be held at the receiving country's customs for any import tax/customs duty clearance. It is the customer's duty to clear these dues.
Worldwide Delivery:
We happily accept and ship orders globally to most countries, with the exception of OFAC Sanctioned Countries and a few other countries. If you do not see your country listed at the time of placing order, this only means we are unfortunately not providing delivery services in your country.
Courier Service:
To provide a premium courier service, we use express deliveries, including Canada Post, UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc. The choice of courier is at our discretion, ensuring the most efficient delivery method. Please note that we may ship your item(s) through a different courier service compared to what you had chosen at the time of placing order. Rest assured, this will be done only to achieve or exceed the promised delivery time.
APO/PO Box Addresses:
For security reasons, we do not deliver to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses.
Other Policies:
Upon receiving payment, customers are notified via email for order confirmation.
Once shipped, customers are responsible for tracking their orders. If a courier attempts delivery when you're not home or puts the order on hold, it's your responsibility to contact the courier. After multiple failed attempts, the courier may destroy the parcel, and we won't be held responsible.
For multiple orders shipping to the same address, we may combine them at our discretion, unless instructed otherwise. Once dispatched, rescheduling delivery to a different address is not possible, and customers must contact the courier for further assistance.
