Return Instructions

If you'd like to return an item to Peroye, kindly follow the instructions below within 30 days of delivery, based on Shipping Tracking Receipt records.

1. Click on this link and enter the email address the order was placed from. Sign-in using the 6-digit code sent to your email. You will be re-directed to the page that shows your order history.


2. Click on “request return” for the order you would like to return us.
Note: In case you do not see an option to return a particular order you have received, this means your return window of 30 days has been exceeded and we will not accept returns for this order.


3. Select the item(s) you would like to return for this order and also select a reason for return before finally completing your return request. You will immediately receive a return request confirmation email and our team will review it within 2 business days.


4. Once your return request is accepted, you will be notified via email after which you can proceed to the next steps.
Note: In case we decline your return request for any reason, we will provide you a detailed explanation as well as the steps to follow next. Please note that Peroye reserves the right to accept or decline all return requests.

  
5. Securely pack the item(s) you would like to return along-with the associated original tags, packing slip and complimentary items.
Note: The returned item(s) must be in new/unworn condition. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 2 days of receiving the item(s) at contact@peroye.com; otherwise, refund requests will not be processed for damages after that period.


6. Send the return package to the address below, via any courier service of your choice:

7. Receive a tracking number from the courier upon returning the parcel. Email us at contact@peroye.com via the email address that was used to place the order. Include the following details in your email:


- Order ID:
- Tracking Number:
- Name Of Courier Service Used For Return (UPS/Canada Post/DHL/ FedEx etc.):
 
Please provide the correct details for successful processing.
Return shipping costs to the Returns Facility, including any costs incurred by Peroye for customs clearance of the returned product are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your total refund.


8. Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 72 hours after receiving), expect confirmation via email within 2 business days.

Please note that items coming from international locations must first pass-through customs at the Canadian border.  Then it could take upwards of 3-5 business days to get to our Returns Facility in British Columbia, CA to be processed. We appreciate your patience. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only and can take 7 to 45 days, depending on your payment method.

    Customers are entitled to a refund in the following cases only:
    • Wrong product and/or size received
    • Product must be in new/unworn condition
    • Original tags, packing slip, and all associated complimentary items are intact and shipped with the product
    If you return an item that is worn, damaged, stained, and/or does not have the original hang tag, packing slip(s), complimentary items included; your return will not be processed, and you will not be refunded.  We reserve the right to refuse returns/refunds that do not meet these criteria.
    For returns received at our facility that are non-refundable, our customer service will notify you via email and offer two options:
    A. The item can be reshipped to you at your cost.
    B. The item can be donated to a local shelter.

    If we do not receive a response within 7 business days, we will assume you prefer option B.

     

    Exchanges:

    The easiest and only way we offer for exchanges is to return the item you have within 30 days of delivery, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
